THE CHALLENGE:

Riveredge Resort Hotel in upstate New York hired us to develop a new and entertaining experience for their guests; specifically, off-season entertainment that would draw locals and out-of-town visitors to the resort, build a repeat client base and attract guests from over a 120 mile radius.

THE SOLUTION:

Five or six times a year, we perform public shows at the Riveredge as part of their "Murder Mystery FunTime Package." Together, the Riveredge and BigTime have established a repeat business in the off-season that increased customer counts from 50 to over 200 participants by 2002.
